Junior Leadership Team

The Junior Leadership Team is made up of children from across school. The Team work closely with the Head Teacher and other Strategic Leaders within school to support the monitoring of teaching and learning. They provide valuable feedback to staff members, clearly identifying strengths and areas for development.

The Junior Leadership Team meet with Strategic Leaders to plan and carry out a range of monitoring within school, in line with the school’s Monitoring Cycle. Each member of the Junior Leadership Team is attached to an area of school improvement, in line with the School Development Plan.

The Team also attend Link Governor Meetings, on a termly basis, providing informative feedback to Governors.
